Business Assistant – Power Market

1. Support the daily operation of the company’s power trading business, including data collection, document preparation, process tracking and internal coordination.

2. Support the preparation and review of business proposals, presentations, contracts, reports and other materials in both English and Chinese.

3. Coordinate with internal teams, customers and external partners to follow up on business requirements, project progress and key action items.

4. Arrange and participate in business meetings, prepare meeting materials and minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions.

5. Assist with customer and partner communication, including English-language correspondence, meetings and document translation.

6. Support other business development and operational tasks related to power trading and the energy sector.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, Excellent command of written and spoken English; able to use English confidently as a working language.

2. Basic understanding of the energy and power industry. Knowledge of electricity markets, power trading, renewable energy or energy storage is preferred.

3. Strong communication, coordination and document-preparation skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

5. Detail-oriented, responsible and proactive, with strong learning ability and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.

6. Relevant internship or work experience in power trading, energy, consulting or international business is preferred.
