Senior AI Engineer for Agents

• Design, implement, and deploy LLM-based products, including chat applications and multi-agent systems. · Build robust orchestration for prompts, tool/function calling, and multi-stage task execution, with strong reliability, observability, and error handling. · Develop end-to-end RAG systems: data ingestion and preprocessing, chunking, embedding and indexing, vector search, reranking, and citation/attribution. · Prototype and iterate quickly, then harden solutions for production (performance, latency, cost, security). · Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions and measurable product outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 3+ years of expeirence in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or related roles building prodcution systems Strong software engineering skills：Proficiency in at least one mainstream language (e.g., Python, Go, C/C++) in software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tooling, and integrating model capabilities into real-world systems. Familiarity with LLM application patterns such as prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-style planning/execution. Practical experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph (or similar orchestration frameworks) for building agent and tool-using applications.
