We are looking for fresh graduates to join KPMG M&A where you will be: • Assisting with client targeting and internal and external marketing • Supporting the origination and assessment of deal opportunities • Providing support of specific transactions through the deal life cycle including conducting in-depth financial, business analysis and competitive assessment, preparation of marketing materials, information memorandum, related documentation and assisting with investor and lender dialogue • Financial modelling and pricing analysis of comparable transactions, companies, projects and assets • Staying up to date with industry trends and issues in the markets; researching of corporate and financial clients, industry sectors and/or projects

• Final year student with a bachelor’s degree or above from a recognised university • Ideally majoring in accounting and business-related or equivalent disciplines • Strong interest in M&A, financial services and corporates • Strong analytical, financial and commercial skills • Good time management skills • Good written and verbal presentation and communication skills • A team player with high levels of enthusiasm and a self-driven mentality • Ability to perform under pressure • Proficiency in English. Written and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred • A permanent resident or holder of the right of abode in the location you are applying for
