The Essentials: Final year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or above Ideally majoring in Business, Computer science, Computer engineering, Information systems management, or equivalent disciplines – we also welcome STEM majors or other business degree graduates with a strong passion for technology and a self-taught technical aptitude Solid understanding of basic technology concepts, where familiarity with IT support processes and methodologies is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) A permanent resident or holder of the right of abode in the location you are applying for The “Consultant Mindset”: Tech-Savvy Storyteller: You can analyse complex technical problems and explain the business impact to non-technical management.
