We are looking for fresh graduates to join KPMG Transaction Services where you will: • Work with a team of transaction advisory professionals and other advisory functions to execute due diligence and other transaction related advisory projects • Carry out financial analysis on investment target to highlight deal related issues and suggest solutions • Proactively participate in the execution of due diligence projects and assist team members in completing assigned tasks, including financial statement analysis, business data analysis, industry research, and accounting-related studies • Assist the project team in writing due diligence reports and data manuals • Assist in the production of relevant materials required for project bidding, participate in project process management and other related supporting work

• Final year student with a bachelor’s degree or above from a recognised university • Ideally majoring in accounting and business-related or equivalent disciplines • Strong interest in Transaction Services and financial services industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen business sense and insight. • Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Written Chinese is preferred • High execution ability and strong teamwork awareness • A permanent resident or holder of the right of abode in the location you are applying for
