Collect overseas user feedback via foreign languages, coordinate teams to resolve issues.

Mine user pain points & localization needs, support product optimization & regional adaptation.

Iterate service processes & knowledge base to improve team efficiency & professionalism.

Bachelor’s degree or above, 2027 graduate. Fluent English for work scenarios. Master any one of the following languages: English, Japanese, Arabic, Spanish, Turkish, Indonesian, Thai, Korean, Italian, Vietnamese, French, German.

nterested in overseas user service and cross-border business with basic internet product cognition. Relevant practical experience is preferred.

Possess logical thinking, user demand sorting ability, fluent communication skills and basic cross-cultural awareness.

Rigorous, responsible and result-driven. Good at execution, teamwork and pressure resistance, able to respond to user feedback timely.

Priority will be given to those proficient in using AI agent capabilities.
