Work you will do

· Produces a high quality work product to ensure a superior client experience with others to team

· Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices

· Maintains a positive, professional attitude and adapts to changing priorities to instill confidence in team

· Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems

· Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations

· Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools

· Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients

· Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients

You are also expected to:

During your tenure as an analyst in Finance Transformation, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, Creating purpose, Delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness.

· Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, financial engineering, economics, management information system, computer science and other related majors

· Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

· Be passionate about excelling a career in Consulting

· Always takes the initiative, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure and travel

· Demonstrates leadership abilities with good organizing skills

· Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin

· A fast learner and strong team player

· Creative, flexible and self-confident

· Proficiency in MS Office
