Marketing Trainee/Specialist – 中东市场（阿语）– 接受26届毕业生

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) across the Middle East, connecting KOL, social media, offline events, PR, partnerships, and other marketing channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. Use data and performance insights to evaluate marketing effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimize campaigns and resource allocation.

- Drive KOL and influencer marketing, including creator sourcing, relationship building, outreach, briefing, content planning, campaign execution, performance tracking, and optimization. Continuously identify and develop high-potential local creators and partners across the region.

- Own social media operations across key Middle Eastern platforms, including content strategy, local trend monitoring, campaign planning, community engagement, and performance analysis. Identify emerging topics and cultural moments and turn them into relevant content and marketing opportunities.

- Plan and execute offline events and activations together with local distributors, taking the lead on event concepts, marketing strategy, and campaign execution while leveraging distributors’ local resources and channels to maximize market impact.

- Conduct market and consumer research to understand local audiences, competitors, cultural trends, and content opportunities, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and campaign ideas.

- Work closely with Sales, E-commerce, Distributors, and other cross-functional teams to drive local campaign execution and ensure strong market impact.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related fields.

- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English is required. Overseas study or living experience in Middle Eastern countries, particularly the UAE or Saudi Arabia, is preferred.

- Strong interest in integrated marketing, influencer marketing, consumer electronics, cameras, outdoor, travel, or lifestyle content. Long-term experience using Insta360 products is a strong plus, and hands-on experience with 360° cameras/action cameras is preferred.

- Highly proactive, curious, and self-driven. Able to identify opportunities, formulate ideas, and turn them into action without waiting for detailed instructions. Strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and highly autonomous environment.

- Data-driven and logically minded, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to structure ambiguous problems, form hypotheses, interpret data, and turn insights into actionable marketing decisions.

- AI-native and comfortable using AI tools to improve research, content creation, data analysis, workflow efficiency, and problem-solving. Curious about emerging technologies and constantly looking for smarter ways to work.

- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with creators, distributors, partners, and internal teams.
