Work you will do

• Delivers exceptional work product to ensure superior client experiences

• Collects, assimilates and analyzes relevant data, processes and FinTech technologies to help identify root causes and propose solutions

• Applies basic financial concepts to client and Deloitte business models

• Maintains a positive, professional attitude and adapts to changing priorities to instill confidence in the team

• Applies frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly

• Values and considers diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients

• Applies FinTech technology fundamentals to situations and challenges faced by clients

• Finds and leverages a diverse set of resources and shares findings with others

• As a team player, collaborates with the team to deliver our project commitments

You are also expected to do：

During your tenure as an analyst in Technology, Strategy & Transformation, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, Creating purpose, Delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness.

• Majored (with preference) in Computer Science, Management of Information System, Management Engineering, System Engineering, E-commence and other related majors

• Possesses Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Passionate about excelling a career in Consulting

• Always takes the initiative, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure and travel

• Demonstrates leadership abilities with good organizing skills

• Equipped with Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin

• A fast learner and strong team player

• Creative, flexible and self-confident

• Highly proficient in MS Office
