产品经理Senior Product Designer / Product Experience Partner（互动内容产品）
岗位职责
We’re looking for a founding-level product builder — part designer, part product thinker, part creator. Someone with powerful product sense, market intuition, and the drive of a founder.
You’ll shape how people interact with AI-generated playable experiences. From defining the core interaction loop to crafting the design language that makes people hit “one more time,” you’ll be hands-on in building a product that defines a new entertainment category.
What You’ll Do
- Part of the founding team to define product direction, user experience, and interaction flow
- Design addictive, shareable, and delightful experiences — the kind that make users stay and create
- Explore new interaction patterns between AI and humans (prompt-to-play / text-to-interaction)
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate — balancing creativity with data insight
- Work closely with engineering, community, and creator teams to turn concepts into live experiences
- Research U.S. user culture, trends, and aesthetics to shape our global design tone
任职要求
Must-have
- Bachelors and above qualifications, with 5-8 years of relevant working experience
- Exceptional product sense — you intuitively know what’s fun, viral, and emotionally sticky
- Deep understanding of U.S. youth culture, digital trends, and creator ecosystems (TikTok, Snap, Roblox, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Hands-on builder: you move fast, experiment often, and thrive in 0-to-1 chaos
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, AI teams, and community ops
- Native English communication and storytelling ability
- 3+ years of experience in interactive products, content platforms, games, or creative tools
Nice-to-have
- Experience at TikTok, Snap, Meta, Roblox, or other creator/AI platforms
- Exposure to AI-generated content, creative tools, or generative UX
- Startup or early-stage experience
- Data-driven decision making and user research ability
- Understanding of motion design or basic web interaction (React, Framer, etc.)
