DESCRIPTION As the local representative of engineering method, tool and rules of Electromechanical and Mechatronics management, development, deployment & updates, work with global team for continuous improvement, support local projects to design and realize integration of mechatronic assembly or sub-assembly: integration of PCB, low power connectors, display and all Human-Machine Interfaces. You will need to use advanced engineering tools (CCX, CETOL, etc.,) to help projects to achieve results and support the design optimization. Also, you will need to know the design robustness and reliability (DfSR) while answering to

BASE (must) · Well know ISO technical drawing, able to design 3D assemblies in CREO software and Tolerance manager or CETOL for tolerancing analysis, be able to use bridge tools between electronic Cadence files and 3D files, and able to support mechanical design within an electronic environment. · Experience of projects in SE Know main thermal and insulating constraints and rules, (CCX skills are plus) Able to define material choices parameters with material experts Know industrial constraints for plastic and metal parts design Know main prototypes technologies Know how to build verification plan and process of the subassembly functions (Phenix, 3D dimensioning, functional approach) COMPLEMENTARY (nice to have) Able to identify, use and analyze relevant simulation tools and results Design to cost knowledge Basic knowledge of DfSR – Design for safety and robustness & reliability Basic knowledge of statistical distribution and quality target Technical knowledge of PP and FD products Autonomy to recommend and select low power connectors and wiring solutions. Environment You may work for international and collaborative projects and networks with several design centers localized within different countries. So, it’s mandatory to be able to write and communicate fluently both in Chinese and English.
