   Provide the full scope of ENT duties; including but not limited to: diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health management;

   Participates in inpatient and outpatient specialty care. Provide patient-centered, up-to-date and evidence based medicine to patients in Otolaryngology-Head and neck Department;

3. 03

   Perform comprehensive exams and assessments and provide treatments to patients;

4. 04

   Prepares and reviews case histories and obtains data through interviews;

5. 05

   Conduct ward rounds and prescribe medications;

6. 06

   Provides patient education related to procedures medications therapeutic goals;

7. 07

   Respond to medical consultations in the hospital and clinics;

8. 08

   Receive patients from the physician going off duty;

9. 09

   Order and perform tests and procedures to augment physical findings;

    Interpret data and diagnostic results for appropriate course of action;

    Collect information and organize medical documents;

12. 12

    Provides appropriate documentation that meets insurance company

appeal all denials in a timely manner;

    Promptly respond to any calls from the Nursing staff , and ER from Jiahui International Hospital;

    Help with medical development programs of Otolaryngology Department, such as develop rules, training plans and QI ;

    monitoring systems for hospitalist programs etc.;

    Participate in community events coordinated by Jiahui Health;

    Refer patient to other specialists if necessary;

    Recommends, participates in, and works to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients;

    Other responsibility signed by Chief of Otolaryngology Department. EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    At least master degree in medicine and with at least 10 years of clinical Otolaryngology training in a 3A hospital. Oversea experience preferred;

    General ENT practice with a sub-specialty focus preferred;

22. 03

    Fluency in English and mandarin required;

23. 04

    Communicates appropriately with patients, families, team members, and our community in a manner that treasures all;
