Sr. Product Engineer,MES/EAM

Business partner to understand business pain points and gather their cross functional IT

in the TPM area. Design digital product solutions for the pain points and requirements. Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end-to-end, covering a range of programs and subsystems. Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery. Work together with manufacture and supply chain product manager with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements, and uncertainty. Drive execution and completion of multiple projects at the same time across internal and external stakeholders. Cross-functionally communicate at company management level key developments and updates on new projects. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above Rich experience in factory digital product innovation and digital transformation Solid knowledge in plant production management including equipment maintenance management, spare parts management, manufacturing execution, production planning, quality control as well as the product cost calculation. Solid knowledge in information system design including the data modeling, API and UI mock up. Experience in AI technology-related product design and implementation At least 5+ years’ experience on digital system design, process consulting and system implementation. At least 2+ years experiences on the project management/technical program management Excellent documentation skill both in Chinese and English. Familiar with Confluence and JIRA product. Experience building, developing, and managing highly effective program management tools and processes. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional and global environment. Solid product sense with the ability to understand product architecture and as well as drive and criticize design decisions. Ability to quickly understand complex problems and effectively facilitate a team to decision and action. Preferred Qualifications Individual contributor design engineering experience is highly valued. SAP PP/PM module consultant or other leading product (Oracle, Rockwell, Siemens) implementation experience is a plus. Experience applying AI/ML in manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or spare parts management use cases is a plus. Software development experience in the multinational company is a plus.
