材料研发工程师，Innovation Material Engineer

•全流程负责辅料开发工作，覆盖从概念阶段至开发落地收尾全链路，包括但不限于拉链、纽扣、按钮等各类辅料的开发工作；Execute end-to-end trim development from concept to development completion, incl. but not limited to zippers, buttons, snaps etc.; •统筹辅料打样、样板制作及审批全流程，紧密对接辅料供应商，保障样品按时完成开发；Coordinate trim sampling, prototype development, and approval processes, and work closely with trim suppliers to ensure timely sample development; •依照季度产品开发排期，管控辅料开发整体时间节点，并在开发阶段统筹辅料各项测试与性能验证，确保满足品质及功能标准，及时解决辅料开发过程中各类工艺、技术难题；Manage trim development timelines in line with seasonal development calendars, coordinate trim testing and validation during trim development to ensure quality and performance

are met and resolve trim-related development and technical issues in a timely manner; •编制并持续更新辅料规格标准书；Prepare and maintain trim specifications; •辅料开发全周期内，牵头联动设计、产品开发、质量品控等跨部门协同作业。 Lead cross-functional collaboration with Design, Product Development, QA, throughout the trim development process. Competence and Requirements: Must Have: • 拥有户外或运动服饰行业6年以上辅料开发相关从业经验，精通户外辅料、材质及开发流程 6+ years of trim development experience in the outdoor or sports apparel industry.Strong knowledge of outdoor trims, trim materials, and development processes •问题解决、沟通及快节奏环境下工作能力 Problem solving, communication skills and able to work under fast-pace environment •工作细致，执行力强 Proactive, detail-oriented Nice to have: • 敏锐市场洞察，熟悉各类新型辅料工艺 Sharp and strong insights of market trends and trim innovation techniques • 英文读写能力，会韩语为加分项 English reading & writing abilities, Korean speaking is a plus
