Upon completing your 2-year journey, you will be seamlessly transition into the General Management Track. Governed directly by the CEO Office, this path is a continuity of your development, is designed to further stretch our leaders to become a future executive or strategic leader through ongoing rotations across different business pillars, functions, and country teams, consistently tackling new, complex business challenges. Eligibility A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university. Recent graduates (graduating in 2026/2027) with less than two years of full-time, post-graduation work experience.
