Overseas Service Network Management Engineer

Be responsible for formulating and implementing overseas station construction policies and assisting in the signing of service agreements;

Formulate the planning, strategy, method and work flow of overseas station construction;

Daily management, operation and support on overseas station include KPI reaching, needs support, service business internal alignment support;

Establish service station capability model and service standard;

Be responsible for implementing the KPI system of the service station;

Responsible for service network planning, training and guiding FSE to develop service network;

Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and evaluate the service station; Job

Bachelor or master degree with major in engineering or language discipline

Familiar with after-sales service, network and strategy

Advanced in Office software

More than 5-year work experience in over-sea after-sales service, logistics, OEM, or industrial/auto spare parts

Proficiency in Chinse and English, better to master more languages.
