• Analyze customer

and define BMS system solution for EV lithium-ion batteries • Create internal system requirements and coordinate overall development activities including software, hardware, testing, etc. • Support customer system/vehicle integration, testing, and troubleshooting for field issues • Develop and maintain technical documentation including requirements, design specifications, and test reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from battery pack development and project management to ensure seamless product development. • Maintain a good customer relationship. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in BMS development, SW, HW or system integration. • Familiarity with battery technologies such as lithium-ion cells, battery modeling, and SOX estimation methods. • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, or Python. • Experience with communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, or I2C. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including the ability to hold meetings and presentations • Good teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and functional safety standards • Experience with development of battery systems.
