   Establish and maintain good customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction; promptly identify customer needs and report them to relevant personnel.

   Able to handle abnormal issues during customer receiving and assembly processes, and make initial judgments. Use the 5W2H method to describe faults and promptly notify relevant personnel; follow up on quality issue resolution processes (according to customer

   Able to isolate/sort/separate defective products at the customer's factory based on the risk scope and initial fault analysis; promptly rework defective products at the customer's site, and actively communicate with customers to reduce product returns.

   Supervise third-party employees to ensure rework operations are performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); and be able to develop new third-party resources to resolve quality issues;

   Follow up on the assembly process at customer sites; assist in resolving problems that arise during assembly. Identify potential risks during customer use;

   Proactively report product usage status and be able to handle emergencies independently. Be responsible for summarizing quality issues from customers within the assigned region; be able to handle returns, including logistics arrangements, scrapping, and compensation for losses caused by customer complaints;

   Accept cross-regional transfers to assist in resolving customer quality issues and other tasks assigned by superiors. Requirements：

   Bachelor's degree or above (Science and Engineering majors preferred)

   Familiar with the five major quality tools: APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, and the 8D/5Why methodology;

    Candidates with more than one year of experience in customer quality management in the automotive industry preferred.

    Japanese: JLPT N1 or equivalent (not required for Japanese citizens) Chinese: HSK 4 or equivalent (not required for Chinese citizens) English: TOEIC 600 or equivalent (optional)

    Experience working with OEMs such as Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, and Honda, and their supply chains is preferred.

    Willing to travel, excellent communication skills between Chinese and Japanese speakers, strong logical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure.

    Strong learning and comprehension abilities, with a strong desire and interest in the lithium battery industry; prior experience in this field is preferred.

    Basic statistical analysis, report compilation, and writing skills are required.

    Proactive, with strong execution skills, and excellent teamwork abilities.
