(2027 Graduate Program) Institutional Sales Assistant, Institutional Sales and Trading Department

Under the guidance of sales personnel, assist in compiling research products to clients ● Assist in organizing analyst roadshows, small-group discussions, large-scale strategy meetings, Non-deal Roadshow for listed companies, and research-related activities, including material preparation and on-site conference support ● Compile meeting notes and translate product materials or contents of client meetings ● Assist in creating department product manuals and pitch materials ● Assist in the statistics of client data and other related work for sales

Full-time Master’s and PhD candidates graduating between January 2026 and Summer 2027;

Degree holder of in finance, investment or related fields ● Excellent written and oral English and Chinese (including Mandarin) skills ● Proficiency in office software such as Excel and PPT. Experience with Bloomberg/Wind data terminals is preferred ● Strong sense of time management, communication skills and teamwork ability ● Good ability to handle pressure and not afraid of challenging tasks
