支持业务组开展跨境投融资、工程能源基建和其他商事领域的法律业务，具体包括：

   协助律师进行法律和案例检索、一带一路国别的法律研究；

2. 02

   协助法律文件翻译/校核；

3. 03

   在律师指导下协助起草法律文件；

4. 04

   协助进行尽职调查的基础工作等。 Assisting with cross-border investment and financing, projects, energy and infrastructure, and other commercial legal matters, including:

5. 01

   Assisting with legal and case retrieval, as well as research on the legal frameworks of the Belt and Road Initiative countries;

6. 02

   Assisting with the translation and proofreading of legal documents;

7. 03

   Drafting legal documents under the supervision of associates;

8. 04

   Assisting with due diligence groundwork.

   国内外知名院校法学专业本科及以上学历；

2. 02

   通过中国法律职业资格考试者优先；

3. 03

   热爱律师工作，具备良好的逻辑分析能力、沟通能力，有较强的团队合作精神和服务意识；

4. 04

   具有较强的语言和文字表达能力，能够熟练使用英文进行工作交流和起草法律文件。

   Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a prestigious domestic or international university;

6. 02

   Candidates who have passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination are preferred;

7. 03

   Passionate about the legal profession, and good at logical reasoning, communication, teamwork, and service;

8. 04

   Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of using English for professional communication and legal drafting.
