【2026年校园招聘】知识产权部实习生（诉讼、非诉）(J11171)

参与知识产权业务领域的工作（含知识产权诉讼、知识产权交易、专利代理、商标代理等业务领域）：

1)协助高级律师起草和整理法律文件；

2)协助高级律师进行法条和案例检索与分析，法律文书翻译；

3)非诉业务中涉及专利申请文件撰写、新申请处理、审查意见处理等；

4)为客户提供法律咨询服务。

Participating in intellectual property matters, including litigation, transactions, patent and trademark agency services:

1) Assisting senior associates in drafting and organizing legal documents;

2) Assisting senior associates in conducting legal provision and case retrieval and analysis, and translating legal documents；

3) Assisting with non-contentious matters, including drafting patent applications, handling new filings, and responding to examination reports；

4) Providing legal advisory services to clients.

1)本、硕为理工科教育背景。研究生有法律教育背景优先考虑；

2)相关专业领域：电学（通信、计算机等方向）、机械（机械工程、精密仪器、热能工程、汽车工程、工业工程等方向）、生物化学医药（高分子、材料科学、医药、生物、医学工程等方向）、英语专业等；

3)英语能作为工作语言，具有较强的笔译和写作能力；

4)具有知识产权相关实习经验者优先考虑；

5)认真严谨，具备良好的沟通表达能力和分析与研究能力；

6)热爱律师工作，具备良好的逻辑分析能力、沟通能力，有较强的团队合作精神和服务意识；

7)通过法律职业资格考试者优先考虑。

1) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline, and postgraduate candidates with a legal education background are preferred;

2) Relevant fields of study include: electrical engineering (communications, computer science, etc.), mechanical engineering (mechanical engineering, precision instruments, thermal engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, etc.), biochemistry & pharmaceuticals (polymer science, materials science, medicine, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, etc.), English or related disciplines;

3) Proficiency in English, with strong translation and writing skills;

4) Candidates with internship experience in intellectual property are preferred;

5) Detail-oriented, and good at communication, analysis, and research;

6) Passionate about the legal profession, and good at logical reasoning, communication, teamwork, and service;

7) Candidates who have passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination are preferred.
