参与境内外金融机构、跨国公司、大型国央企及市场领先的民营企业的境内外债务融资和结构化融资交易，协助律师为境内外银行贷款、发债、跨境担保、飞机船舶及大型设备融资租赁、结构化融资、信托、保理、金融机构风险化解及债务重组等交易提供法律服务；

为出海相关的绿地投资项目及工程项目的跨境债务融资以及各类境内外并购融资等交易提供法律服务；

协助律师对项目中的相关问题开展法律检索，起草法律分析备忘录；

在律师的指导下，进行法律尽职调查、法律及监管动向追踪及分析，协助制备交易文件、法律意见书等各项法律文件；

协助整理项目工作底稿、交易文件Bible等。

Participate in domestic and cross-border debt financing and structured finance transactions for financial institutions, multinational corporations, large state-owned enterprises, and leading private enterprises. Assist lawyers in providing legal services for transactions including domestic and cross-border bank loans, bond issuances, cross-border guarantees, aircraft, ship and large equipment finance leasing, structured finance, trusts, factoring, financial institution risk resolution, and debt restructuring.

Provide legal services for cross-border debt financing related to overseas greenfield investments and engineering projects, as well as various domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition financing transactions.

Assist lawyers in conducting legal research on issues arising in projects and draft legal analysis memoranda.

Under the guidance of lawyers, conduct legal due diligence, track and analyze legal and regulatory developments, and assist in preparing transaction documents, legal opinions, and other legal materials.

Assist in organizing project working papers, transaction document bibles, etc.

国内、外知名院校法学专业毕业，27年应届优秀本科及以上学历毕业生；

具有律师事务所银行和融资业务领域或金融机构法律相关实习者优先，有跨境贷款交易、融资租赁、结构化融资、跨境工程保理、金融机构风险化解及债务重组等业务经验者优先；

通过中国法律职业资格考试（或纽约州、加州、英国、香港等律师执业资格考试）或具有执业资格者优先；

热爱律师工作，具备良好的逻辑分析能力、持续学习热情、沟通能力，团队合作精神和服务意识；

具有良好的语言表达和书写能力，英文听说读写能力优秀，可作为工作语言。

Graduates (Bachelor's degree or above) from prestigious domestic or overseas law schools, with excellent academic records, graduate in 2027.

Internship experience in banking and finance practice areas at a law firm or legal-related internships within financial institutions is preferred. Experience with cross-border lending transactions, finance leasing, structured finance, cross-border project factoring, financial institution risk resolution, or debt restructuring is highly desirable.

Admission to the Chinese Bar (or passed the bar exam in New York, California, UK, Hong Kong, etc.) or holding a legal practicing qualification is preferred.

Passion for legal practice, strong logical analysis skills, continuous learning enthusiasm, excellent communication abilities, team spirit, and a strong sense of service.

Excellent language expression and writing skills; outstanding proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of using English as a working language.
