As an HR Intern, you’ll join our dynamic teams to help shape the employee experience, foster an inclusive culture, and develop the talent that drives our business forward. Day-to-day, you may be: Supporting the recruitment lifecycle: coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and driving employer branding initiatives Designing and delivering learning programs: coordinating training sessions, managing digital learning platforms, and upskilling employees Assisting HR Business Partners: supporting day-to-day employee relations, onboarding new starters, and managing key HR projects Analysing HR data: extracting and interpreting people metrics to support talent planning and diversity initiatives Coordinating employee engagement events: organizing internal initiatives, wellness programs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) campaigns Managing HR administration: ensuring accurate employee records, updating internal systems, and supporting policy compliance To succeed in this role, you’ll need: A sense of initiative and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and connect with employees at all levels The ability to meet deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proactivity and a keen eye for improving HR processes and employee experiences Strong attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive employee data and documentation A balance of empathy and analytical skills to understand both human and business needs The ability to work autonomously You are...
