Accountability, Analysis and Evidence (MEAL) Coordinator

Your Purpose As the coordinator, you will lead the delegation’s Accountability, Analysis and Evidence function to strengthen processes, methods and analytical foundations that underpin the quality of ICRC programmes. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialist and work across all operational programmes to ensure ICRC’s humanitarian operations are grounded in evidence, inclusive and relevant to the diversity of people affected by conflict. In this strategic leadership role, you will work closely with operational management and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that humanitarian decisions are informed by robust analysis, community perspectives and high-quality evidence.
