Project Quality Management Engineer-Germany

Main contact person to customer quality, establish and maintain good relationships to increase customer satisfaction; Key interface between external customer and internal relevant department: external customer information collection; internal information collection and intergation and feeback to external cusotmer; Key interface between China headquarters and EU area internal department to archieve the company/department target; Leading deal with customer quality complaint, including containment action, steering defect parts transport & analysis, internal corrective action push, 8D report integration; Leading customer quality audit: preparation, reception and follow up actions; Deal with EU regions projects quality issue

Experience & Knowledge in Quality business, skillful in quality tools and quality management systems/standard Experience & Knowledge for HV battery/Auto/Parts/ESS production Skillful Germany and English in speaking and writing Skillful office tools and Germany driving licence is perfered
