EHS BP

Act as a business partner in the EHS management system. Support construction projects through EHS design and take responsibility for Management of Change (MOC). Develop the annual EHS training plan for sites and training organizations. Coordinate Group EHS training and ensure all required training is delivered to targeted employees in a timely manner. Support Group EHS activities, including Safety Month and EHS Project Awards. Plan and organize weekly and monthly EHS inspections, follow up on non-conformities, and prevent safety violations. Implement EHS corrective actions to achieve zero accidents and promote a zero-accident culture. Conduct risk assessments and drive continuous improvements to reduce site safety risks. Organize EHS meetings, including EHS Council meetings.
