Senior Tooling Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES

Description - External
Play as a valuable contributor in New developed Project, for plastic part/tooling design, in terms of manufacture feasibility and cost efficiency.
- DFM capability with designer and supplier
- proper molding tooling specification definition to balance quality and cost
- tooling design & review
- molding process
REQUIREMENTS
任职要求
- Supplier management for tooling development and part injection within planed cost and time
- profitability analysis
- Polymer material knowledge
- measurement methodology understanding for part/tooling design and modification
Qualifications - External
- For Education level of Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- master in Pro-E
- Tooling & Molding Knowledge for Polymer Material , 5 years working experience
- Good coordination with suppliers and other departments with good communication skills
- Team player to mix with people easily, Positive mind set and Challenging Spirit
- Travel: 30% working time in suppliers and manufacture plants.
