IC CAD and AI engineer

1. 01

   Develop automated chip implementation infrastructure for design efficiency & productivity. e.g., a) unified design flow automation platform, b) design collateral/environment/database/project spec management, c) computing resource allocation/analysis/monitoring, and d) design diagnosis solutions/QoR development

2. 02

   Leverage AI/machine learning and programming skillset. e.g., a) develop chip implementation methodology/algorithms to overcome cutting-edge industries challenges, b) monitor & forecast future project resource trends

3. 03

   develop regression system for chip implementation environment and code review system to improve source code quality and reliability 3. Manage chip design infrastructure and help both internal/customer tape-out project success

1. 01

   MS degree (or above) in EE, CS related fields, CET-6 English level (or above)

2. 02

   Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take challenges

3. 03

   Proficiency in Linux environment, python, well-experienced in ML-related 3rd party packages & Agentic AI usage Nice to have:

   Familiar with software engineering and electronic design automation algorithms

5. 02

   Familiar with Perl, Tcl/Tk, C/C++ scripting/programming languages

6. 03

   Familiar with SQL database operation, JavaScript, HTML/CSS webpage development

7. 04

   Experienced in VLSI design flow and EDA tool usage

8. 05

   Familiar with data visualization, data mining or machine learning algorithms

   Paper/Conference/Journal publication records
