岗位职责
Analyze and understand raw data from products and related physics Propose Python-based ML models for battery key parameters monitoring Implement time-series forecasting and clustering algorithms Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate model development and generate reports Validate models against real-world battery performance data Collaborate with Ningde algorithm R&D team on scalable solutions
任职要求
Bachelor's/Master's or above in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field Advanced Python (Pandas), ML frameworks, big data libraries, statistical modeling; plus: experience with battery/energy data, AI code-generation tools 3+ years of experience in ML/data science roles English (required), French/Mandarin (advantage) Good analytical rigor, innovative thinking and cross-team collaboration
