Staff Engineer DFT

Passionate about DFT and semiconductor innovation? Join Infineon to develop and optimize advanced DFT solutions for complex SoCs and microcontrollers while contributing to next-generation technologies. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Drive DFT architecture and implementation for Infineon microcontroller products. Develop and integrate Scan, ATPG, MBIST, and LBIST solutions. Verify DFT implementation and deliver high-quality production test patterns. Support the Silicon bring-up activities to guarantee highest stability of the test pattern. Contribute to the continuous improvement of DFT methodologies.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's or above in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Science, or a related field. Profound knowledge about semiconductor products. 6+ years of hands-on experience in DFT for highly complex SoCs. Strong expertise in DFT methodologies for state-of-the-art MPU/MCU products. Deep understanding in DFT RTL insertion, including MBIST and SRAM repair. Solid Experience of scan insertion and ATPG, as well as debugging test pattern issues.
