蚂蚁国际-Marketing AI Solutions Lead(forward deployed)-万里汇WorldFirst

Business Discovery & Use Case Definition ● Embed within the WorldFirst marketing team to map end-to-end workflows across reach, acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle. ● Surface high-value AI opportunities tied to commercial KPIs (growth, efficiency, conversion, LTV). ● Translate messy, real-world marketing problems into scoped, executable agent use cases. Agent System Build & Deployment ● Design and deliver AI solutions leveraging generative AI, agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration. ● Rapidly prototype within sprint cycles, then ship production-grade solutions integrated into our existing marketing, CRM, and analytics stack. ● Reuse and harden our core foundations: first-party data, connected systems, reusable workflows, human guardrails, and an evaluation framework that measures quality, risk, and commercial impact. Adoption & Change Enablement ● Ensure solutions are adopted and embedded — not just built. ● Turn channel owners into workflow owners who run and improve their agent systems day to day. ● Capture feedback and continuously enhance what we've shipped. Governance & Evaluation ● Align delivery with the Marketing AI roadmap, KPIs, and ROI targets. ● Own the evaluation framework: how we measure quality, risk, brand safety, and commercial impact of each agent. ● Feed regular updates into our monthly transformation rhythm. Stakeholder Collaboration ● Act as the bridge between marketing teams, internal tech teams, data platforms, and our AI engineers. ● Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences across a global, multi-region organisation.
