1. 01

   Perform daily animal husbandry and management activities in strict accordance with study protocols, and assist CRAs with blood collection, immunization, euthanasia, necropsy, and other study-related procedures.

   Support animal facility operations through study consumable preparation, animal room cleaning and disinfection, disinfection validation, waste management, and facility record management, etc.

3. 03

   Lead or support the development, revision, and review of manuals, procedures, and SOPs, and provide related training and competency assessments to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

   Compliance with Pharmacovigilance, Animal Welfare, GxP, CNAS, Biosafety, EHS, and applicable regulations

5. 05

   Manage designated facility areas, including housekeeping, equipment management, biosafety and safety inspections, stakeholder coordination, controlled substance and hazardous chemical management, equipment calibration, and other operational activities required to support facility operations. Minimum Education/Degree

Bachelor or above in Veterinary Medicine or a related field. Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies)

   At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

   Strong technical skills in animal husbandry and study procedures.

   Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

   Ability to train and mentor junior staff.

   Ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with GxP, animal welfare, biosafety, and EHS requirements.
