Assistant Engineer (E&M) – Pacific Place
岗位职责
Responsible for operation and maintenance of the building services systems across existing commercial properties in the Pacific Place portfolio
Assist in implementing environmental and energy-saving projects
Supervise contractors and in-house technicians to carry out routine repairs and maintenance works
Monitor alteration and improvement work involving building services installations and systems in designated buildings or areas
Handle enquiries and emergency callouts on all building services matters and prepare technical reports
任职要求
Degree holder or equivalent in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience in commercial building operation and maintenance
Excellent communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC skills on AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
