Marketing & Promotions Officer (Digital & Social Media) – Pacific Place

Social Media Management Daily management of Pacific Place and Starstreet Precinct’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Little Red Book and WeChat Liaise with and supervise agencies, including social media, digital agencies to curate high-aesthetic and creative content to engage our audience Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of creative digital & social media campaigns Utilize digital marketing analytics to provide optimization strategies for SEO/SEM, Baidu and social engagement Tenant Management & Hardware Operations Foster proactive relationships with tenants and to strategically feature tenant promotions and news across the mall app, website, in-mall digital channels and social platforms Manage maintenance and content scheduling for in-mall digital pillar screens and other digital signage Technical Ecosystem Management CMS, Sitecore management and perform UAT for new digital features, regular website and app deployments Utilize Figma, Jira to collaborate on UI/UX improvements and project management

Degree holder or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related disciplines Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, website management or advertising fields Experience within the luxury retail or shopping mall industries is highly preferred Demonstrates creativity and a deep understanding of Hong Kong’s digital content trends Hands-on experience with Sitecore, Jira, Figma, UAT, and social media account management (including Facebook, Instagram, Little Red Book and Wechat) A positive team player with the confidence to take the lead on digital projects Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English & Chinese Immediate availability is highly preferred BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES Customer Focus Drives for Results Collaborates Communicates Effectively Learning Agility Being Resilient Demonstrates Self-Awareness
