Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in global supply chain management or a similar role. Extensive experience in Supply Chain Management, with a strong emphasis on Forecasting, Supply Planning, and Risk Management. Proven ability to lead demand/supply analysis, timely escalate supply risks, and execute effective mitigation strategies. Solid background in purchasing order execution, ensuring high delivery accuracy and cycle time targets. Experience in managing internal cross-functional collaboration and external supplier performance/relationship management. Proficiency in Data Analysis (mandatory), supporting inventory management (excess & obsolete), and ensuring NPI (New Product Introduction) schedule targets are met. Demonstrated capability in driving process improvements and actively participating in team-related digital projects/programs.
