厂务工程师

1. 负责厂房机电安装、电气工程项目落地、设备改造、扩容升级全过程管理，包含方案对接、现场施工监督、质量管控、验收移交。

2. 负责厂区高低压配电、动力机电设备、工艺配套机电系统、自动化辅助设备的日常运维、故障排查、技改优化。

3. 主导厂房新增机电项目、车间改造、工艺机位水电接驳、动力线路优化等专项工作，把控施工安全、进度及质量。

4. 建立机电设备项目台账、技术档案、检修记录，落实预防性保养，降低设备故障率，保障生产动力系统稳定。

5. 对接施工单位、设备厂家、第三方验收，配合厂区 EHS 合规、体系审核、政府检查相关的机电资料与现场整改。

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for end-to-end management of plant MEP installation, electrical engineering project delivery, equipment modification and capacity expansion and upgrades, including solution alignment, on-site construction supervision, quality control, and acceptance and handover.

2. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical modification and optimization of the plant's high- and low-voltage power distribution, power mechanical and electrical equipment, process-support MEP systems and automation auxiliary equipment.

3. Lead special initiatives including new plant MEP projects, workshop renovation, water and power hook-up for process equipment positions, and power line optimization; control construction safety, schedule and quality.

4. Establish MEP equipment project ledgers, technical files and maintenance records; implement preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failure rates and ensure the stability of the production power system.

5. Coordinate with construction contractors, equipment manufacturers and third-party acceptance parties; support plant EHS compliance, system audits and government inspections by providing MEP documentation and implementing on-site rectification.

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，3 年以上机电工程施工管理经验，精通机电工程技术规范与施工流程，有工业厂房和办公楼项目经历。

2. 持有高低压电工证，精通厂房机电安装、电气控制、动力配电系统。

3. 具备半导体、光模块、光通信、封测厂区机电项目及运维经验，熟悉洁净厂房机电施工规范、工艺动力配套要求；有大型智造厂区项目经验优先。

4. 能独立负责机电工程项目跟进、现场管控、验收交付，具备技改优化、故障快速处置能力。

5. 熟悉机电施工规范、电气安全标准，执行力强，能高效推进项目落地与问题闭环。

Job Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above with more than 3 years of MEP engineering construction management experience; proficient in MEP engineering technical codes and construction processes; experience with industrial plant and office building projects.

2. Holder of a high- and low-voltage electrician certificate; proficient in plant MEP installation, electrical control and power distribution systems.

3. Experience in MEP projects and O&M at semiconductor, optical module, optical communication and packaging and testing facilities; familiar with MEP construction codes for cleanrooms and with process power support requirements; experience with large-scale smart manufacturing plant projects is preferred.

4. Able to independently take charge of MEP engineering project follow-up, on-site control, acceptance and delivery; capable of technical modification, optimization and rapid fault resolution.

5. Familiar with MEP construction codes and electrical safety standards; strong execution capability, able to efficiently drive project delivery and close the loop on issues.
