设备工程师

1. 熟悉设备全生命周期管理体系，能优化维修策略，优化设备维保 SOP，推进预防性维护以减少非计划停机；

2. 主导贴片、打线、耦合、COS、老化、测试等设备故障快速响应与根因分析，输出故障分析报告，建立常见故障知识库，持续降低平均修复时间、提升平均故障间隔时间；

3. 具备清晰的故障处理思路，对故障进行分类管理，从平均故障间隔时间、规格型号、运维成本等不同维度对设备及设备供应商进行评价；

4. 对接设备原厂供应商，统筹设备维修、技术支持，开展内部设备技能培训，输出培训资料，沉淀故障案例库，提升团队整体运维能力，对接生产、工艺、质量完成问题协同闭环；

5. 对设备验收时效进行监管，以支持产品制样、量产节奏；

6. 负责设备资产的监管，建立并维护设备台账、技术档案，主导设备转移确保账实一致、全程可追溯。

Job Responsibilities

1.Familiar with full-lifecycle equipment management systems; able to optimize maintenance strategies and equipment maintenance SOPs, and drive preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.

2. Lead rapid response and root cause analysis (RCA) for failures of equipment such as die bonding, wire bonding, coupling, COS, burn-in, and testing; produce failure analysis reports; build a knowledge base for common faults; and continuously reduce MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) while increasing MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).

3. Possess clear, structured fault-handling methodology; classify and manage failures; evaluate equipment and suppliers across dimensions such as MTBF, specifications/model, and O\&M cost.

4. Interface with OEM suppliers to coordinate equipment repair and technical support; conduct internal equipment skills training, produce training materials, and build a fault case library to raise the team's overall O\&M capability; collaborate with production, process, and quality teams to achieve closed-loop issue resolution.

5. Monitor equipment acceptance timelines to support product prototyping and mass-production schedules.

6. Oversee equipment assets; establish and maintain equipment ledgers and technical archives; lead equipment transfers to ensure consistency between records and physical assets with full traceability.

1. 本科及以上，电气自动化、机械电子等相关专业；

2. 至少 3 年以上，光模块、光器件、半导体封测厂区设备运维经验，熟悉工艺过程；

3. 能把制度规范推动到现场并持续稽核闭环；

4. 良好的跨部门沟通与一线培训能力；

5. 具备较强现场动手排查能力，能适应无尘车间，接受应急值班；

6. 熟练使用 Excel、数据分析工具开展设备数据分析；

7. 优秀的文档与标准化能力（SOP、保养基准、故障分析报告）；

8. 持有电工证者优先。

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.

2. At least 3 years of equipment O&M experience in optical module / optical device or semiconductor assembly & test (OSAT) facilities, with solid knowledge of process flows.

3. Able to deploy systems and standards to the shop floor and sustain continuous audit-and-closure loops.

4. Strong cross-departmental communication and frontline training skills.

5. Strong hands-on on-site troubleshooting capability; able to work in cleanroom environments and accept on-call emergency duty.

6. Proficient in Excel and data-analysis tools for equipment data analytics.

7. Excellent documentation and standardization skills (SOPs, maintenance standards, failure analysis reports).

8. Electrician certification is preferred.
