设备采购开发工程师

负责工厂半导体、光通信自动化成套设备、生产辅材及MRO物资的采购业务落地，根据生产及项目需求完成采购立项、寻源、比价、下单及交付跟进，保障产线及项目物料设备准时到位。

持续开发优质设备及MRO供应商，完成供应商调研、准入、稽核、评级与绩效管理，优化供应商结构，建立稳定、低成本、高质量的供应链资源。

熟悉设备市场行情、渠道及产品性能，针对自动化设备、封装设备、测试设备及MRO品类进行成本拆解与分析，制定品类采购策略、年度降本目标及落地方案，持续推进采购成本优化。

独立负责招投标、议价谈判、采购合同拟定、评审、签署及履约管理；主导内部评审流程，跟进合同交付、验收、对账及异常问题处理，保障采购业务合规、高效运行。

梳理现有采购流程，识别流程痛点与风险点，推动采购流程标准化、规范化及数字化优化，提升采购交付效率与部门整体工作效能。

Responsible for the procurement of semiconductor & optical communication automated production equipment, auxiliary materials and MRO supplies. Complete procurement initiation, sourcing, quotation comparison, ordering and delivery tracking according to production and project demands to ensure on-time delivery.

Continuously develop high-quality equipment and MRO suppliers, conduct supplier research, admission, audit, rating and performance management, optimize supplier structure, and build a stable, cost-effective and high-quality supply chain.

Familiar with equipment market conditions, supply channels and product performance. Conduct cost breakdown and analysis for automated equipment, semiconductor packaging equipment, test equipment and MRO categories, formulate procurement strategies and annual cost-down plans, and continuously optimize procurement costs.

Independently handle bidding, negotiation, procurement contract drafting, review, signing and performance management. Lead internal review processes, track delivery, acceptance and settlement, and resolve procurement exceptions to ensure standardized and efficient operations.

Sort out existing procurement processes, identify pain points and risks, promote standardization and optimization of procurement procedures, and improve delivery efficiency and overall team performance.

学历背景：985/211本科及以上学历，机械、自动化、电子、供应链等相关专业优先。

工作经验：3年以上半导体、光通信行业设备及MRO采购开发经验，熟悉封装、测试、自动化生产设备采购流程。

综合素养：责任心强、职业素养良好，逻辑清晰，具备优秀的跨部门沟通、协调及问题解决能力，工作主动高效。

专业能力：熟悉自动化设备性能、市场行情、供应渠道，具备独立寻源、成本分析、议价降本及供应商开发能力；熟悉招投标及合同管理流程。

Bachelor degree or above from 985/211 key universities, major in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Supply Chain or related fields is preferred.

More than 3 years of procurement and supplier development experience in semiconductor or optical communication industry, familiar with the procurement process of packaging equipment, test equipment and automated production equipment.

Familiar with automated equipment performance, market conditions and supply channels. Capable of independent sourcing, cost analysis, negotiation, cost-down and supplier development; proficient in bidding and contract

Strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics, clear logical thinking, excellent cross-department communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities with proactive working attitude.
