设备采购经理
岗位职责
根据采购需求，负责工厂成套设备，MRO 及辅料采购业务
有较强的成本分析能力，对行业中的供应商分布和能力有一定的了解
通过对业务类型的梳理，制定相关采购策略和目标成本
了解采购流程招投标或比价议价，采购合同的谈判，拟定，组织内部与供应商进行合同沟通，合同执行及管理，并可独立完成组织内部评审
持续开发优质的新供应商、以利 MRO 采购成本持续优化与降低
推动采购流程改善及优化，提升采购团队工作效率
落实部门工作计划，保障实施效果
Manage procurement of complete plant equipment, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations), and auxiliary materials in accordance with procurement requirements.
Possess strong cost analysis capabilities and have a good understanding of the distribution and capabilities of suppliers in the industry.
Formulate relevant procurement strategies and target costs by sorting out business types.
Be familiar with procurement processes including bidding and price comparison & negotiation, responsible for negotiation and drafting of procurement contracts, organizing contract communication between internal teams and suppliers, contract execution and management, and capable of independently completing internal reviews.
Continuously develop high-quality new suppliers to sustainably optimize and reduce MRO procurement costs.
Promote the improvement and optimization of procurement processes to increase the work efficiency of the procurement team.
Implement the department’s work plan and guarantee implementation results.
任职要求
1、985/211 本科及以上学历 2、10 年以上半导体封装设备采购经验
了解设备采购流程，熟悉自动化设备的性能、供应渠道及市场行情，有光通信及半导体行业经验的优先
责任心强，具备良好的职业道德和职业操守
良好的跨部门沟通和协调能力
熟练使用办公自动化软件
英语可以作为工作语言
Bachelor’s degree or above from 985/211 universities.
More than 10 years of procurement experience in semiconductor packaging equipment.
Understand equipment procurement process, familiar with the performance, supply channels and market conditions of automated equipment; candidates with experience in optical communication and semiconductor industries are preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility with good professional ethics.
Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination capabilities.
Proficient in office automation software.
Proficient in English as a working language.
