团队建设和管理 Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for product technology planning, new product initiation and development.

Lead the output of product technical specifications, drawings, BOM, and test specifications based on industry standards and market requirements.

Drive project progress and coordinate technical problem-solving efforts.

Track market trends in new product technologies, conduct forward-looking development work and patent applications.

Lead technical communication with customers and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) reviews.

Team building and management.

理工科硕士以上学历，三年以上连接器件设计经验

熟练使用机械设计软件，熟悉注塑和连接器材料特性

英语熟练 Qualifications:

Master's degree or above in a science or engineering discipline, with over three years of experience in connector/component design.

Proficient in mechanical design software, familiar with injection molding and connector material properties.

Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
