夹治具设计工程师

负责光模块组装、测试相关治具的需求评估、方案设计、结构建模、工程出图、零件验收、组装调试，直到转产。

负责OE段相关工艺治具的设计和开发。

跟进治具加工、装配调试与产线导入，解决试产及量产过程中的结构、精度、适配问题，保障治具正常投产使用。

负责量产治具的异常整改、维护迭代，根据产线反馈优化结构精度、使用寿命，实现降本增效，提升生产良率与效率。

整理治具全套技术文档，建立台账，规范治具全生命周期标准化管理；对接各部门，配合新产品导入及产线优化项目，提供技术支持。

Responsible for requirement evaluation, solution design, structural modeling, engineering drawing, part inspection, assembly and debugging of fixtures related to optical module assembly and testing, through to production transfer.

Responsible for the design and development of process fixtures for the OE (Optical-Electrical) section.

Follow up on fixture machining, assembly & debugging, and production line introduction; resolve structural, precision and adaptation issues during pilot and mass production to ensure fixtures are put into production and operate normally.

Responsible for abnormality rectification, maintenance and iteration of mass-production fixtures; optimize structural precision and service life based on production line feedback, achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and enhancing production yield and efficiency.

Organize complete technical documentation for fixtures, establish ledgers, and standardize full-lifecycle management of fixtures; coordinate with all departments, support new product introduction and production line optimization projects, and provide technical support.

本科及以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化、模具设计等相关专业。 2、2年以上非标治具设计工作经验，熟悉光模块组装、测试制程，有光通信行业经验者优先。

熟练使用SolidWorks、AutoCAD，可独立完成建模、出图、BOM编制；熟悉机加工、钣金等常用治具加工工艺与公差设计。

具备独立治具开发、现场问题排查与改善能力，沟通协作良好，责任心强，可高效推进项目落地。

具有有良好的团队合作精神，责任心强，务实。

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, Mold Design, or related fields.

2+ years of experience in non-standard fixture design; familiar with optical module assembly and testing processes; prior experience in the optical communications industry is preferred.

Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, capable of independently completing modeling, drawing, and BOM preparation; familiar with common fixture machining processes (machining, sheet metal, etc.) and tolerance design.

Capable of independent fixture development, on-site troubleshooting and improvement; good communication and collaboration skills, strong sense of responsibility, able to efficiently drive project delivery.
