负责公司 S/4HANA 整套 SAP 系统 Basis 全生命周期运维，包含系统安装、拷贝、Client 管理、内核 / SP 补丁、SUM 版本升级、TMS 传输管理

负责 SAP HANA（Oracle/MaxDB）数据库运维，包含备份恢复、参数调优、慢 SQL 优化、索引维护、数据归档、存储扩容

负责底层 SUSE/RHEL Linux 服务器运维，磁盘、内核、网络、定时任务、日志清理，编写 Shell 自动化巡检、备份脚本

系统性能监控与故障排查：ST03N/ST04/ST22、处理进程卡死、锁冲突、接口 RFC/IDOC 异常、归档日志满、IO 瓶颈、系统宕机等重大故障

用户权限管控：SU01 账号生命周期、PFCG 角色、权限审计、冗余账号清理，满足审计、等保、行业合规要求

后台作业、打印服务、SAPRouter、负载均衡配置与日常监控

落地 ITIL 变更流程，输出运维 SOP、灾备方案、容量规划，定期开展恢复演练

监控内存池、CPU、磁盘 IO、行 / 列存储、慢 SQL、锁等待；执行 SQL 追踪、执行计划优化；HANA 内存参数、数据压缩、分区优化；业务高峰期性能压测与瓶颈治理，支撑月末 / 年末结账大并发场景

Responsible for full-lifecycle Basis administration of corporate S/4HANA SAP system, including system installation, system copy, client administration, kernel and SP patching, SUM version upgrade and TMS transport management.

Administer SAP HANA (Oracle/MaxDB) databases, covering backup and recovery, parameter tuning, slow SQL optimization, index maintenance, data archiving and storage expansion.

Manage underlying SUSE/RHEL Linux servers, covering disk, kernel, network, scheduled jobs and log cleanup; develop Shell scripts for automated inspection and backup.

Conduct system performance monitoring and troubleshooting via ST03N/ST04/ST22; resolve critical incidents such as hung processes, lock conflicts, abnormal RFC/IDOC interfaces, full archive logs, I/O bottlenecks and system crashes.

Implement user access control: SU01 account lifecycle management, PFCG role administration, authorization audit and redundant account cleanup to meet audit, classified protection and industry compliance requirements.

Configure and monitor background jobs, print services, SAPRouter and load balancing on a daily basis.

Implement ITIL change management process, formulate operation SOPs, disaster recovery plans and capacity planning, and organize regular recovery drills.

Monitor memory pool, CPU, disk I/O, row/column store, slow SQL and lock waits; perform SQL tracing and execution plan optimization; tune HANA memory parameters, data compression and partitioning; carry out performance stress testing and bottleneck elimination during peak business periods to support high-concurrency scenarios of month-end and year-end financial closing.

Oversee system architecture, high availability, performance, data security, change control and projectimplementation.

Ensure 7×24 stable operation of the full technology stack including S/4HANA, BW and BTP, and be in charge of system maintenance, database administration, compliance audit and delivery of technical projects.
