光模块软件测试工程师

负责光模块配套测试软件编写、迭代与优化，独立开发适配光模块产品的测试程序，支撑自动化测试落地。

负责搭建、维护、迭代光模块自动化测试平台，基于编程语言开发自动化测试脚本，提升测试效率与测试数据一致性、标准化。

结合光模块产品速率、功耗、波长等测试需求，优化自动化测试用例与测试脚本，适配DVT、PVT各阶段自动化测试场景。

分析自动化测试产出数据，定位脚本适配异常、数据采集异常、测试程序BUG等软件及自动化测试问题，推动问题优化闭环。

负责自动化测试平台、测试脚本的性能验证、功能校验，配合硬件测试设备完成整套测试系统联调与校准。

编写自动化测试、软件测试相关技术文档，输出自动化测试报告、脚本使用手册、平台运维文档。

持续优化自动化测试方案，迭代测试脚本，简化测试流程，降低人工测试成本，提升量产测试效率。

配合项目进度跟进测试问题，协同硬件、研发团队完成联调测试，接受阶段性出差任务。

Responsible for the development, iteration and optimization of supporting test software for optical modules, independently develop test programs adapted to optical module products to support the implementation of automated testing.

Responsible for building, maintaining and iterating the automated test platform for optical modules, develop automated test scripts with programming languages to improve test efficiency as well as the consistency and standardization of test data.

Optimize automated test cases and scripts according to test requirements including rate, power consumption and wavelength of optical modules, to adapt to automated test scenarios in DVT and PVT stages.

Analyze data generated by automated tests, identify software and automated test issues such as script adaptation exceptions, data collection anomalies and bugs in test programs, and drive the closure of improvement actions.

Conduct performance verification and function validation for automated test platforms and test scripts, and complete joint debugging and calibration of the whole test system together with hardware test equipment.

Compile technical documents related to automated test and software test, deliver automated test reports, script operation manuals and platform operation & maintenance documents.

Continuously optimize automated test solutions, iterate test scripts, simplify test procedures, reduce manual test costs and improve mass production test efficiency.

Follow up test issues in line with project schedule, cooperate with hardware and R&D teams to complete joint debugging and testing, and accept periodic business trips.

本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业。 2、3年以上光模块测试工作经验，800G速率以上产品光模块自动化测试、脚本开发经验。

熟悉光模块工作原理、通信协议及测试指标，了解光模块硬件测试流程，可精准匹配测试需求开发脚本。

熟练掌握任意一种及以上编程语言，具备独立编写、优化测试脚本和自动化测试程序的能力。

熟悉光模块自动化测试平台架构、测试系统联调逻辑，具备测试平台搭建、优化与运维能力。

具备较强的问题分析与排查能力，可快速定位脚本BUG、自动化测试异常并落地优化方案。

逻辑缜密、善于钻研，具备良好的英文阅读能力，可查阅行业自动化测试规范、技术资料。

责任心强、富有工作激情，具备优秀的学习能力、团队协作与沟通推进能力。

能接受阶段性出差。

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science, Automation, Software Engineering, Electronic Information or other related disciplines.

More than 3 years of optical module testing experience, with hands-on experience in automated testing and script development for optical modules of 800G and above.

Familiar with the working principles, communication protocols and test indicators of optical modules, understand the hardware test process of optical modules, and capable of developing scripts that precisely meet testing requirements.

Proficient in at least one programming language, with the ability to independently write and optimize test scripts and automated test programs.

Familiar with the architecture of optical module automated test platforms and the joint debugging logic of test systems, and capable of building, optimizing and maintaining test platforms.

Possess strong problem analysis and troubleshooting capabilities, able to quickly locate script bugs and automated test anomalies, and implement corresponding optimization solutions.

Meticulous logical thinking and strong self-learning ability, with good English reading skills to access industry automated test specifications and technical documents.

Highly responsible and passionate about work, with excellent learning ability, teamwork and communication & promotion skills.

Be able to accept periodic business trips.
