协助管理者代表收集整理管理评审资料，制作管理评审报告，同时跟踪管理评审输出项的落实

主导客户体系稽核表、调查表的填写和回复

主导客户体系审核和协助完成客户制程审核

主导第三方体系审核

推动各部门定期对质量、环境、职业健康与安全管理体系文件进行评审和更新，确保体系文件的持续有效

质量、环境、职业健康与安全管理体系相关知识及体系类程序文件培训 & 宣导

质量、环境、职业健康与安全目标分解表的制作及月度实绩收集

质量、环境、职业健康与安全目标实绩和不达标改善回复提交总经理

Implementation and maintenance of management systems including ISO9001 and IATF16949.

Proficient in the latest version standard clauses of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems.

Be familiar with laws, regulations and other requirements related to the company’s quality, environmental, occupational health and safety operations, and update relevant company documents in a timely manner.

Formulate internal audit plans for quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems, and lead internal audits in accordance with the plans.

Formulate system‑special & compliance audit plans for the company (including all subsidiaries), lead the implementation per plans to continuously improve system compliance.

Assist the management representative in collecting and organizing management review materials, compile management review reports, and follow up the implementation of management review outputs.

Lead the completion and response of customer system audit checklists and questionnaires.

Lead customer system audits and support customer process audits.

Lead third‑party system audits.

Promote all departments to regularly review and update documents of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems to ensure continuous validity of system documents.

Conduct training and communication on knowledge of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems as well as system‑related procedure documents.

Prepare target breakdown sheets for quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and collect monthly performance data.

Submit performance results and non‑conformance improvement responses for quality, environmental, occupational health and safety objectives to the General Manager.

本科及以上学历 2、10年以上体系工作经验

熟悉 ISO9001、IATF16949 及其它体系的导入工作

能独立主导各类体系的内审、体系专项审核、外审工作

精通组织风险和机遇、法律法规的识别与评价工作

ISO9001、IATF16949 管理体系内审员培训

对工作认真负责，细致周到，具有良好的团队合作精神，有良好的沟通及策划能力，能适当配合出差，有其他体系经验优先，如 QC080000,RBA,BCP 等

英语需作为工作语言

Bachelor’s degree or above.

Over 10 years of management‑system working experience.

Familiar with the implementation of ISO9001, IATF16949 and other management systems.

Capable of independently leading internal audits, special system audits and external audits for various management systems.

Proficient in identification and evaluation of organizational risks & opportunities as well as laws and regulations.

Conduct internal auditor training for ISO9001 and IATF16949 management systems.

Diligent, responsible and meticulous in work, with good teamwork spirit, sound communication and planning capabilities. Able to support occasional business trips. Experience in other systems such as QC080000, RBA, BCP is preferred.

English shall be used as working language.
