光器件测试中级工程师

光电、电子、计算机以及通信等相关专业本科及以上学历

3年以上测试工作经验

熟悉100G、400G以及800G…等高速光器件（非相干 &相干产品）的测试指标以及COC（VCSEL, DML &EML etc）对应测试参数与算法，并能根据产品指标要求完成各项指标配置、测试及数据处理

了解积分球、耦合器、BERT、光谱仪、功率计以及波长计等仪表原理、并能熟练操作

熟悉模拟电路和数字电路原理；具备一定芯片老化与测试环境搭建的能力以及改善能力

具备一定软件（C#, LabVIEW, VB, Python等）编写、阅读能力，优先考虑

具备一定的数据处理与分析能力

具有扎实的光电子基础知识，具备一定英文沟通和阅读能力

具有良好的团队合作精神，有责任心和耐心，善于思考，工作积极主动

Bachelor’s degree or above in Optoelectronics, Electronics, Computer Science, Communications or other related majors

At least 3 years of working experience in testing

Familiar with test specifications of high-speed optical devices including 100G, 400G and 800G (incoherent & coherent products), as well as corresponding test parameters and algorithms for COC (VCSEL, DML, EML, etc.). Capable of completing configuration, testing and data processing of all indicators in accordance with product requirements.

Understand the working principles of instruments such as integrating sphere, coupler, BERT, optical spectrum analyzer, optical power meter and wavelength meter, and proficient in their operation.

Familiar with analog and digital circuit principles; capable of setting up chip burn-in and test environments and making relevant improvements.

Ability to read and write codes in software including C#, LabVIEW, VB, Python, etc. (Preferred)

Competent in data processing and analysis.

Solid foundational knowledge in optoelectronics, with basic English reading and communication skills.

Good team player, responsible, patient, thoughtful, proactive at work.

与产品设计人员完成高速光器件可靠性(BDH, HTOL 以及ESD等)阶段测试方案评估、搭建与实施.

对供应商提供的定制化夹具、设备、以及量产设备进行评估与验证

协助完成COC 老化设备效率以及测试设备效率的提升与优化

Responsible for test scheme evaluation for mass production projects, as well as selection and verification of relevant instruments and meters.

Responsible for mass production testing and sample testing of COC and TOSA for high-speed optical devices, including sample testing and test report summarization during new product introduction (NPI).

Support the development and evaluation of automated test software and hardware in the engineering phase.

Conduct performance evaluation for PVT product design phase of projects, organize and review test reports.

Execute test plans, collect test data, review test results, analyze, feed back and resolve test issues.

Collaborate with product designers to evaluate, set up and implement test schemes for reliability tests (BDH, HTOL, ESD, etc.) of high-speed optical devices.

Evaluate and verify customized jigs, equipment and mass-production equipment provided by suppliers.

Assist in improving and optimizing the efficiency of COC burn-in equipment and test equipment.
