   负责新项目的固件开发

   负责新项目的 MSA 功能和客户需求功能实现、功能验证、性能测试

   支持新项目阶段样品、小批量、可靠性以及准备量产阶段固件维护和改善，固件烧录、固件更新等工作

   负责新项目软件功能需求查核和实现方案评估

5. 05

   负责搭建软件架构平台，规划 100G/200G/400G/800G 软件架构

   编写软件相关开发和技术文档

   Responsible for firmware development for new projects.

8. 02

   Implement and validate MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) and customer-specific functionalities as well as conduct performance testing for new projects.

9. 03

   Support firmware maintenance, optimization, flashing and updates in phases including prototype, low-volume trial production, reliability test and mass production preparation of new projects.

10. 04

    Verify software functional requirements and evaluate implementation solutions for new projects.

11. 05

    Build software architecture platforms and design software frameworks for 100G/200G/400G/800G optical modules.

12. 06

    Compile relevant software development and technical documents.

1、985/211 本科及以上学历，电子、通信、计算机等相关专业 2、5 年以上光模块项目的固件工作经验，3 年以上独立项目固件工作经验

   熟悉光模块产品软件协议标准，如 SFF-8636、CMIS4.0/5.0 等

4. 04

   精通 C 语言编程或 DSP 编程或 FPGA 编程其中一种语言，有较好的编程基础，掌握嵌入式编程技巧

   熟悉不同的 MCU 硬件平台（ADI、Atmel、NXP、ST 等），并精通其中一个或以上平台

6. 06

   熟悉常用外设接口相关协议（如：SPI、I2C，USB 等），并有实际编程、调试经验

   较强分析和解决问题的能力

   善于沟通，有责任心和团队协作精神，具备创新能力

   有良好的英文阅读沟通能力

    Bachelor’s degree or above from 985/211 universities, major in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related fields.

11. 02

    Over 5 years of firmware working experience in optical module projects, including more than 3 years of firmware development experience for independent projects.

12. 03

    Familiar with optical module software protocol standards such as SFF-8636, CMIS4.0/5.0.

13. 04

    Proficient in at least one of C language, DSP programming or FPGA programming, with solid programming foundation and embedded programming techniques.

14. 05

    Familiar with various MCU hardware platforms (ADI, Atmel, NXP, ST, etc.) and proficient in one or more of these platforms.

15. 06

    Familiar with common peripheral interface protocols (SPI, I2C, USB, etc.) with hands-on programming and debugging experience.

16. 07

    Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

    Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit and innovative thinking.

    Good English reading and communication ability.
