负责新项目的产品电路设计和优化

负责产品的调试和测试规格书等生产技术文件制作

负责产品技术问题的应对与解决，通过优化电路设计提高生产的良率

负责 PCB 图纸绘制，BOM、DFMEA、DCN/ECR 等文件制作

负责撰写相关设计文档、测试报告，为生产、维护和技术支持提供指导

负责产品的可靠性测试和优化

Responsible for circuit design and optimization for new product projects;

conduct product debugging and compile production technical documents including test specifications.

Address and resolve product technical issues, and improve production yield via circuit design optimization.

Complete PCB layout drawing and prepare documents such as BOM, DFMEA, DCN and ECR.

Draft relevant design documents and test reports to provide guidance for production, maintenance and technical support,

and carry out product reliability testing and optimization.

本科及以上学历，电子工程、通信工程或相关专业

具备3年以上光模块电子设计相关工作经验，熟悉光模块基本原理、产品结构及完整电路设计流程。

候选人需具备扎实的电路理论功底，熟练掌握模拟电路、数字电路与高速电路设计知识，能够熟练使用各类电路设计软件及仿真工具，熟悉可靠性、EMI、ESD等相关产品测试标准与要求。

岗位要求具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，可独立承担项目开发任务，拥有良好的沟通表达能力、团队协作意识、抗压能力及创新思维。

同时具备良好的英文读写与口语交流能力，可熟练使用英语作为工作语言，并能够接受不定期泰国出差安排。

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering or other related fields,

with more than 3 years of working experience in optical module electronic design.

Candidates shall be familiar with the basic principles, product architecture and complete circuit design workflows of optical modules, possess solid theoretical knowledge of analog, digital and high-speed circuit design, and be proficient in circuit design software and simulation tools. Familiar with product testing standards and requirements including reliability, EMI and ESD.

The role requires strong problem analysis and problem-solving capabilities, the ability to independently undertake project tasks, excellent communication skills, good teamwork spirit, high pressure resistance and innovative thinking.

Candidates shall have proficient written and oral English skills for daily work communication and be willing to take irregular business trips to Thailand.
