MES系统运维 1.1 学习并掌握各产品线MES系统的功能。 1.2 现场培训操作员及班组长，确保一线人员可以正确使用系统。 1.3 跟线解决现场发现的系统问题、标签打印问题，保障生产不受影响。 1.4 处理系统权限开通、异常单据、基础数据维护等日常运维工作。 1.5 收集现场反馈的系统问题及改善点，反馈给MES应用工程师。

WES系统运维 2.1 学习并掌握WES系统的功能。 2.2 开通供应商账号及权限，远程培训供应商使用系统打印送货单及标签。 2.3 处理供应商日常打印标签或送货单遇到的问题。 2.4 处理仓库、产线遇到的出入库问题，保障业务不受影响。 2.5 处理系统权限开通、异常单据、基础数据维护等日常运维工作。 2.6 收集现场反馈的系统问题及改善点，反馈给WES应用工程师。

标签设计 3.1 根据业务需求，设计标签打印模版，并配置到系统中。

MES System Operation and Maintenance 1.1 Learn and proficiently master the functions, business processes and operational logic of the MES system for each product line, and fully understand the system modules corresponding to production processes. 1.2 Provide on-site operational training for production operators and team leaders, standardize on-site operating procedures, and ensure front-line staff can operate the MES system correctly and proficiently for daily production activities. 1.3 Follow up on-site production activities, troubleshoot and resolve system errors, operational abnormalities, label printing failures and other emergent system issues in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted production progress. 1.4 Conduct daily MES system operation and maintenance, including user authorization, account management, abnormal document handling and basic data maintenance, to ensure stable system operation. 1.5 Collect on-site system defects, operational pain points and optimization suggestions, summarize feedback, and submit improvement demands to MES application engineers to support system iteration and optimization.

WES System Operation and Maintenance 2.1 Learn and proficiently master the functions and business logic of the warehouse and supply chain WES system, and be familiar with core modules including inventory inbound and outbound management, delivery management and label printing. 2.2 Create and configure supplier accounts and permissions, provide remote system training for suppliers, and ensure suppliers are proficient in printing delivery notes and material labels via the system. 2.4 Solve daily problems encountered by suppliers in label printing, delivery note generation and system operation to ensure smooth incoming material procedures. 2.4 Handle abnormal inbound/outbound records, document errors and process delays in warehouse and production workshops, quickly resolve faults and ensure normal business operation. 2.5 Manage daily WES system maintenance, including user authorization, correction of abnormal documents, basic data maintenance and ledger updates to guarantee accurate system data and standardized business processes. 2.6 Continuously collect system problems and optimization demands from warehouses, production lines and suppliers, summarize and feedback to WES application engineers to facilitate system upgrading and optimization.

Label Template Design and Configuration 3.1 Design various printing templates for material labels, traceability labels and delivery labels according to actual production, warehouse and supply chain business requirements, complete template debugging and testing, and configure qualified templates into the system to meet daily production and delivery printing demands.

Familiar with one of the mainstream databases including SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL, and capable of writing SQL statements.

Sound logical thinking with strong data‑processing and analytical capabilities.

Strong sense of responsibility, hard‑working; willing to accept overtime, on‑call duty and night‑shift arrangements.

Strong service awareness and communication skills, able to patiently address inquiries from internal and external customers.

Available for short‑term business trips.
