根据市场订单要求，确认排产计划，落实传达至生产部门和各职能部门并明确交货日期；

负责生产计划的综合平衡工作，合理安排，节约各项资源，降低制造成本，提高生产效率；

及时跟踪生产进度和品质状况，调整生产计划保证客户交期，及时反馈预防可能出现的问题；

负责下达月、周指导性生产计划，实施生产过程监控，达成出货要求；

做好订单评审工作，确认生产物料采购和供应情况，合理调整生产计划；

跟踪确认订单交付情况，及时处理呆滞物料，提高库存周转率。

Finalize production schedules based on market order requirements, communicate clearly to production and cross-functional departments with confirmed delivery dates;

Optimize production planning through capacity balancing to maximize resource utilization, reduce manufacturing costs and enhance productivity;

Monitor production progress and quality performance in real-time, adjust schedules to meet customer deadlines, and provide proactive issue prevention feedback;

Issue monthly/weekly production planning directives, execute production process surveillance to fulfill shipment commitments;

Conduct order feasibility reviews, verify material procurement status, and make schedule adjustments accordingly;

Track order fulfillment status, promptly address slow-moving inventory to improve stock turnover ratio.

本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、5年以上大型制造业PMC管理岗位相关工作经历；

擅长多品种小批量行业的生产计划管理经验，灵活应对订单紧急变化；

熟练使用SAP、MES、WSM等操作系统。

Bachelor's degree or higher, major is not limited; 2.5+ years' relevant working experience in PMC management positions in large manufacturing enterprises;

Professional in PMC management experience in multi-variety and small-batch industries;

Familiar with SAP, MES, WSM and other systems.
