仓库经理

负责江西厂区仓库团队管理，包含原材料、半成品、成品、贵重物料仓（光芯片/有源器件），负责团队人员管理及仓库现场管理；

负责仓库物料出入手续的监督和检查，保证物料出入有据，手续齐全；负责物料存量及入厂时间的协调和管控，减少呆料和待料；

负责仓库的物料盘点计划的制订及盘点过程监督，对盘点结果的数据统计分析，盘点异常物料及时上报并制订有效改善措施；

负责各类呆滞物料.半成品.成品以及客户退货产品的报表拟定，并跟踪处理过程；

负责物料仓储管理，仓库现场7S.安全.仓储位置规划等管理；

负责物流/快递厂商的管理，对物流快递供应商的开发.审核评估及合约签订；

负责部门组织建设管理，部门规章制度完善更新，并保证有效实施。 Job Responsibilities

Manage the warehouse team at the Jiangxi site, covering raw material, semi-finished goods, finished goods and high-value material warehouses (optical chips / active components). Take charge of team personnel management and on-site warehouse operations.

Supervise and inspect inbound and outbound procedures for warehouse materials to ensure all material movements are fully documented with complete paperwork. Coordinate and control material stock levels and receiving lead times to reduce slow-moving materials and material shortages.

Develop warehouse stocktaking plans and supervise stocktaking execution. Conduct statistical analysis of inventory count results, promptly report abnormal inventory items and formulate effective improvement measures.

Prepare reports for various slow-moving materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods and customer returned products, and track their disposal progress.

Manage material warehousing operations, including on-site 7S management, safety administration and storage location layout planning.

Manage logistics and courier vendors, including supplier sourcing, audit & evaluation, and contract execution.

Lead department organizational development, refine and update department rules and regulations, and ensure effective implementation.

本科及以上学历，物流管理.供应链等相关专业； 2.5年以上电子/半导体封装/汽车制造/自动化设备类大型制造业仓库管理岗位相关工作经历；

熟悉WMS、ERP（SAP优先），精通仓储全流程、盘点管理，具备库区Layout规划、现场改善能力；

具备较强现场管理、人员管理、跨部门沟通能力，能处理仓储各类异常；有大型工厂多仓管理经验优先。 Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse management experience in large-scale manufacturing industries such as electronics, semiconductor packaging, automotive manufacturing or automation equipment.

Familiar with WMS and ERP (SAP preferred). Proficient in end-to-end warehouse workflows and inventory management; capable of warehouse layout planning and on-site continuous improvement.

Strong capabilities in on-site management, personnel supervision and cross-functional communication; able to handle various warehouse exceptions. Experience managing multiple warehouses in large manufacturing plants is preferred.
